Alliance Medical Ministry’s Primary Care Facility is open Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 5pm, and Saturdays 9am to 12pm. Patients pay a sliding scale fee based on income, 98% of visits cost $15 each.

Requirements to become a patient:

  • Resident of Wake County
  • No health insurance
  • No Medicaid
  • No Medicare
  • 18 years or older
  • Must be employeed, or live with a family member who is employeed

Requirements for first appointment:

  • Must be 30 minutes early
  • Must bring photo ID
  • Must bring proof of income. We accept current year taxes, letter from employer, or paystubs
  • Payment is expected at time of services

The clinic employs a staff that is supplemented by approximately 250 community volunteers. Board-Certified physicians in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provide all the routine care at AMM. Volunteer providers provide services like urgent and subspecialty care. All staff provides an environment where each patient has the opportunity to establish an ongoing relationship with their primary care provider, an asset most insured people typically take for granted.

Alliance’s primary care clinic provides the following specific services below:

  • Routine exams
  • Hypertension- diagnosis & follow up care
  • Diabetes – diagnosis, eye exams & follow up care
  • Lab Testing
  • Free or reduced priced medications, both prescription and over the counter (OTC)
  • Monthly ENT (ear, nose, throat) and GYN (gynecology) clinics
  • Free community-wide screening events
  • Bilingual services
  • 24-Hour coordination of care including bilingual after-hours answering service
