Million Step Challenge: 4.5 month walking challenge with a daily goal of 7,500 steps per day. AMM provides fitness trackers, or you can use your own. Occurs every year, starting in March and ending in August. Prizes awarded for top 3 individuals and first-place team.

Monthly Saturday Walks: One Saturday a month AMM hosts a 1-hour walk with a provider-led health lesson and a 1-mile group walk at 10-11 am.

Seed to Supper: 5-week gardening program where you learn to grow your own food at home. AMM provides plants, seeds, and compost.
