Carlos Lopez was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where he attended school at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and studied Psychology. When asked why he was interested in working at Alliance Medical Ministry, he spoke about his goal to work for a greater mission that goes beyond just counseling. At AMM, he feels he has the opportunity to truly impact people who do not have access to health care resources.
As our Bilingual Mental Health Counselor, Carlos said he is excited to be a part of such a passionate team and fulfill his goal of working towards a mission helping the community’s most vulnerable neighbors.
In his free time, Carlos loves cooking, food, and trying new restaurants.
