Watermelon-Hibiscus Iced Tea

Servings: 4 (8 oz. each) Prep: 10 mins. Chill 2 hours

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water

  • 4 Hibiscus herbal tea bags

  • 2 cups chopped, seeded watermelon

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan bring water just to boiling. Remove from heat; add tea bags. Cover; steep for 4 mins. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently. Transfer to a 4-cup glass measure. Cover and chill for 2 hours to 3 days.

  2. When ready to serve, place watermelon in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir watermelon into chilled tea. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve; discard solids. Pour into 4 glasses filled with ice cubes.
